Diversity

Concrete policies to encourage diversity in the lab and in our discipline.

If you'd like to dedicate some time for an activity related to promoting diversity then this will be welcome and is equally important as your primary research goals.

This includes taking time to:

  • learn how you can promote diversity.

  • participating in activities that will improve diversity within the lab or within systems biology.

  • Providing mentorship to those underrepresented within the lab or our field of research.
